In this event, the participants will be asked to present a paper on their chosen topic. This competition aims to inculcate and boost public speaking and encourage self-learning among students.

General Rules
Any number of students from a college can participate in this event.
Open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Participants who do not adhere to the rules and regulations will be disqualified at any phase of the event.
Decision of the Judges and the Organizing Committee will be final.
Spot registration is compulsory, irrespective of prior online registration.
Event Rules
UG Participation
No Limit on the participation of UG Students.
PG Participation
Only 60 Abstracts will be shortlisted.
The information will be intimated only to the shortlisted abstract.
Guidelines
● Abstract should be submitted on or before 05/02/2024 to the email: repowisppt2k24@gmail.com.
● Abstract should not exceed 250 words.
● The abstract and the paper should contain Title, Name of the participant, Register number, College name, Contact number and Email.
● Abstract will be evaluated and the selected participants will receive further information through mail on or before 08/02/2024. (PG- only 60 papers will be permitted for presentation; UG- no limitations).
● PPT of the selected teams must be submitted via pen drive at the time of presentation.
● The Teams will get 5-7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
Topics
Topic should be taken in any functional area of management such as Operations, Entrepreneurship, International Business, Marketing, HR, Finance, Business Analytics, Supply chain, Business Plan etc.
Topics may also be selected in applications of management concepts in diverse fields such as Engineering, Technology, Hospital, Transport, Public administration, Rural management, Tourism, Sustainability, Artificial intelligence, Cyber Security, Information technology, IOT etc.
